These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern your use of the Flex IO Mind app and website (collectively, "the Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Terms of Use
1. Use of the Services
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Accounts and Authentication
We use third-party authentication services to manage sign-in and account security. By creating an account, you agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide inaccurate or misleading data.
3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations
Subscription Plans: We offer premium features through auto-renewing subscription plans (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly). By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
Billing and Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are billed through your platform's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or via our web billing portal. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellations and Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID, Google Play account settings, or your web billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Services, its infrastructure, or other users. You must not use the Services to transmit any malicious code, spam, or unlawful material, or to infringe upon the rights of others.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, features, and software of the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. User-Generated Content
If the Services allow you to post or store content, you retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display it for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You are solely responsible for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Service Availability
We continuously improve our Services and may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or any content provided.

Personal Information: Account identifiers such as email address, name, or authentication tokens provided by third parties when you sign in.
Usage Data: Diagnostic data, session information, settings preferences, and overall interaction data necessary to operate and improve the user experience.
Financial Data: If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed securely by third-party processors (Apple, Google, Stripe); we do not collect or store your full credit card details, but we may receive purchase history tokens.
10. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and personalize the app's and website's functionality.
- Process transactions and manage your premium subscription access.
- Communicate essential service-related messages and updates.
- Monitor usage patterns, prevent fraud, and enhance overall security.
- Analyze interactions to prioritize and develop new features.
11. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate third-party services (such as Firebase for authentication, RevenueCat/Stripe for subscriptions, analytics tools, crash reporting, and advertising networks). These third parties may collect and process information subject to their own respective privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.
12. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the operational, business, and legal purposes outlined in this policy. While we implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, no digital system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
