Account and Data Deletion

If you would like to request the deletion of your Flex[I/O]Mind account and all associated personal data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an Email: Send an email to flexiomind@gmail.com using the email address associated with your Flex IO Mind account.
  2. Subject Line: Use "Account Deletion Request" as the subject line.
  3. Processing: Our team will process your request within 7-14 business days.

What happens when your account is deleted:

  • Data Deleted: We will permanently delete your profile information, usage history, and any personal data stored in our databases.
  • Data Retained: We do not retain any of your personal data after deletion.
